Behind General Truman and Mr. MacGregor are (L-R) (Captain) Don Fuqua (Republican, Florida) and (Lieutenant Colonel) Spark M. Matsunaga (Republican, Hawaii). The Congressmen and their aides were winding up a two-week reserve obligation stay in Europe. Others are unidentified.
