(L-R) Colonel Mary Halloran (Ret) stands next to Colonel Westray Battle Boyce Leslie (Ret) as they greet an unidentified guest. Meanwhile, Colonel Mary Louise Milligan Rasmuson greets her husband, Mr. Elmer Rasmuson. Major Mildred Bailey can be seen behind Mr. Rasmuson. The reception was held in Patton Hall at Fort Myer, Virginia.
