Retired Colonel and Director of the Women's Army Corps (WACs) Westray B. Leslie (left) is introduced to the Secretary of the Army, Elvis J. Stahr (right) by current director of the WACs, Colonel Mary Louise Milligan (center), at the nineteenth Anniversary party for the founding of the WACs. The party was held at Patton Hall, Fort Myer, Virginia. Others in the background are unidentified.
