WAC Technician 5 Dorothy E. Kengle of Tulsa, Oklahoma, "has solved her stocking problem by merely joining the WACs. Now when they run dotty merely runs to the supply room and salvages them for a new pair." She is shown getting stockings from Sergeant Bertha C. Benninghoff of Edina, Minnesota. Both women are serving in the Fifth Army, San Marco Area, Italy.
