Description

Major General Louis W. Truman (left) with Rear Admiral Charles K. Duncan, Commander Amphibious Training Command, United States Pacific Fleet. The Admiral is also Chief of Staff on the Maneuver Director's Staff for exercise "Bay Island." The exercise was a joint Army-Navy-Air Force exercise held in Puget Sound near Fort Lewis, Washington.
