Truman (right), Commanding General 4th Infantry Division & Fort Lewis, while Major Merwin M. Stenvere (center) of Hamilton Air Force Base, California (General Cannon's pilot) looks on. General Cannon was on his way back to the Presidio of San Francisco, California, the 6th Army Headquarters.
