Description
(L-R) Major General Louis W. Truman presents the Outstanding Public Service Award to Mr. Robert Smith, owner of Lakewood radio station KFHA, for the station's contribution to Fort Lewis' community relations program. Also present is Miss Jo Ann Pullen, Mr. Smith's assistant (right). The plaque was authorized by the Chief of Information, Department of the Army.
