Major General Louis W. Truman (foreground) with unidentified companion steps from his plane at Fort Lewis' Gray Field, Washington after two weeks at the Yakima Firing Center. General Truman was Deputy Maneuver Director for the 18,000 man military exercise entitled Exercise Dry Hills.
