Major General Louis W. Truman congratulates three recipients of the commendation ribbon with metal pendants.(L-R) Major General Truman; Colonel Alfred Martin, for his work as Chief of Staff of Exercise Dry Hills prior to his departure for a new assignment; Lieutenant Colonel Martin H. Colley, Post G-1 Officer, prior to his departure for a new assignment in Korea; and Major Claude H. Hall, Assistant Division G-3 Officer, prior to his departure for Command General Staff School. The ceremony took place at Fort Lewis, Washington.
