Major General Louis W. Truman (left) presents reenlistment plaque for the month of May to Sergeant First Class Thomas S. Hill (center) of the 22nd Infantry. Standing at right is Colonel Carlyle C. McDaniel. The ceremony took place at Fort Lewis, Washington.
