A large group of people pose for a group picture at the dedication of the Robert E. Hannegan Post Office in St. Louis, Missouri. Present are: former St. Louis mayor Bernard F. Dickmann (foreground, left, wearing pocket square), Mrs. Bernard F. Dickmann (second row, fifth from left, behind Bernard Dickmann), Mrs. Irma P. Hannegan (second row, third from right, holding fur coat), Sally Hannegan (second row, second from right), and William Hannegan (second row, fourth from right). All others unidentified.
