Postmaster General Robert E. Hannegan (center)presents a frame containing a copy of every commemorative postage stamp issued during the presidency of Franklin D. Roosevelt to members of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Memorial Commission. The frame was presented to Ivan Allen, (left) Chairman of the Roosevelt Warm Springs Memorial Commission, and Lee S. Trimble, (right) Secretary-Treasurer of the Warm Springs Memorial Commission in the Postmaster General's office in Washington, D.C.
