Description
An unidentified man and Stuart A. Rice (at right). Information with photo: "The Business Advisory Council was formed during the Truman Administration with government representatives and outstanding business men representing such groups as the National Association of Manufacturers, Retail Trade Association, Comptroller's Institute, etc. They met, and continue to do so, once a month in 'business/working' sessions and once a year a special dinner to which wives are invited from around the country, and the Director of the Budget is guest of honor and speaker. The President of the U.S. is always invited and often comes in briefly, as did President Truman and others. (Sarah Alice Rice 3/10/76)"
