Postmaster General Robert E. Hannegan (left) at luncheon in former President Franklin D. Roosevelt's Little White House in Warm Springs, Georgia. Hannegan was in Warm Springs for a ceremony unveiling a Roosevelt commemorative stamp. All others unidentified.
