Description
Members of the Corregidor-Bataan Memorial Commission gathered around proposal documents for the construction of the memorial. Emmet O'Neal, who served as a member and eventually Chairman of the commission, is seated third from the left. Also present is Admiral Chester W. Nimitz (second from the left). All others are unidentified.
