Description

A small naval vessel shows damage from the hurricane that struck Key West, Florida, and the Naval Air Station on September 20-21, 1948. People on board are unidentified. Truman occasionally used the boat, the "Big Wheel," on some of his fishing expeditions during his vacations in Key West.
