The crew of the presidential yacht USS Williamsburg salutes the First President, George Washington, as it sails by Mount Vernon on its way to the Naval Gun Factory. It is in the Potomac River. All are unidentified. From: Naval Photo Center, sent to the Truman Library by the National Archives. Original 4x5 negative.
