Description
Sailors climb up the "gangplank" of the ship, Williamsburg, after a swim in the Caribbean Sea, while other watch behind the rail. The ship was anchored at a naval base in the Caribbean during President Truman's visit to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Cuba.
