Palm trees sway in the breeze on a section of the Keys Highway, between Boca Chica and Key West, Florida, probably taken after President Harry S. Truman's trip to Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, and Cuba. From: Naval Photo Center, sent to the Truman Library by the National Archives. Original 4x5 negative.
