Group of people on deck of Hitler's yacht. From left to right: Skipper of the yacht (U.S. Army officer); Ellen Downes; Petroleum Administrator Ralph K. Davies; and Captain Thomas Higginson. Yacht was a gift by the city of Cologne and was captured intact by U.S. Army at Wiesbaden.
