Aerial view showing the Kansas River during the flood of 1951 inundating the area around 30th and Southwest Boulevard, Kansas City, Kansas and Missouri. On the upper right can be seen smoke from fires in the area. The affected companies are Battenfield Oil & Grease Company, Socony Vacuum Oil Company's Warehouse, Phillips Tank Farm, Berbiglia Liquor Store, and New England Machinery Company.
