On his way to Wake Island to meet with General MacArthur, President Harry S. Truman lands at Hickam Air Force Base for a stopover tour of Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. Admiral Arthur Radford accompanies the President on a stroll around the Naval Base. (Same as 98-1159 in Album - Oct. 11-18, 1950).
