Truman, and the Chief of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, waiting to speak at a press conference held on the lawn of the Seignory Club at Monte-Bello, Ontario. The President is in Canada on a three-day trip where he addressed a joint session of the Canadian Senate and Parliament at Ottawa. Standing directly behind the President is Ray Atherton, U.S. Ambassador to Canada. Standing on the left is Charles Ross, the President's Press Secretary. (See also 65-581 through 606.)
