Veterans of World War I who served in the 129th Field Artillery, Battery "D", under former President Harry S. Truman when he was a captain pose in their uniforms for a photo the day after the dedication of the National Guard Memorial Building in Washington, D.C. Left to right are: Frank King, Eddie Meisburger, Eugene Donnelly, and Arthur Bell.
