Former President Harry S. Truman points to a book held by John P. Cosgrove, President of the National Press Club, at a reception given in Mr. Truman's honor at the National Press Club Library, Washington, D.C., which was attended by many members of his former Cabinet and "Little Cabinet." In the background is John Cauly, Bureau Chief of the Kansas City Star in Washington. Later, Mr. Truman will speak at a dinner marking the 13th anniversary of his 1948 election victory. From: John P.
