Description

Former President Harry S. Truman (right)greets Mohammed Mawandahl, Ambassador to Afghanistan. They are at a reception held in Mr. Truman's honor at the National Press Club Library, Washington, D.C., which was attended by many members of his former Cabinet and "Little Cabinet." In the center is John P. Cosgrove, President of the National Press Club. Later, the President will speak at a dinner marking the 13th anniversary of his 1948 election victory. Donor: John P.
