After arriving at MATS Terminal, Washington National Airport for her first visit on American soil, England's Princess Elizabeth and President Harry S. Truman review troops of the 3rd "Old Guard" Infantry Regiment which formed a portion of the Armed Forces honor guard that met her plane. Directly behind them is Prince Phillip.
