Charles H. Rhyne, President of the American Bar Association, stands at the head table and addresses some 325 members of the Kansas City Bar Association and former President Harry S. Truman, gathered at the Hotel Muehlebach, Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Truman was presented with an honorary lifetime membership at the banquet. Left to right are: Former President Truman; Charles H.
