An agreement to manage public lands in Warner valley for stock grazing and wildlife resources was signed in Portland, Oregon by Leo L. Laythe (left), Regional Director, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, and Daniel L. Goldy (right), Regional Administrator, Bureau of Land Management. P. W. Schneider, Assistant Director, Oregon State Game Commission, looks on.
