4"W x 5"H photo of Lt. Col. A. Robert Ginsburgh (2nd from left) with a group of men at the Riverside Country Club. The only individual identified is Mr. Chapellett on the right whose back is turned. The date, event, and location are unknown. Mr. Ginsburgh was an aide to the Under Secretary of War from 1941 to 1942 and a member of the staff of the Secretary of Defense from 1949-1953.
