Description
Lt. Col. A. Robert Ginsburgh,(front row, center), Aide to the Under Secretary of War, is shown with an unidentified group of army officers and civilians, posing on the steps of a building. The date, location and event are unknown, but the photo was probably taken during an inspection tour of defense plants by Ginsburgh and enlisted men and officers from various armed services installations during 1941 and 1942.
