Lt. Colonel A. Robert Ginsburgh, Aide to the Under Secretary of War, is shown standing before war posters, at Luke Field, Arizona. The date and event are unknown, but the photo was probably taken during an inspection tour of defense plants by Ginsburgh and enlisted men and officers from various armed service installations during 1941 and 1942.
