Lt. Col. A. Robert Ginsburgh, Aide to the Under Secretary of War, and a group of Army officers and enlisted men from Washington, D. C., and various army facilities made an inspection tour of defense plants in 1941 and 1942. This photo shows an unidentified employee demonstrating a manufacturing process to Lt. Col.
