Description

Lt. Col. A. Robert Ginsburgh, Aide to the Under Secretary of War, and a group of Army officers and enlisted men from Washington, D. C., and various army facilities toured defense plants in 1941 and 1942. This photo shows members of a band and employees listening to a speaker (who is not shown) at the American Car and Foundry Company in Berwick, Pennsylvania. Lt. Col. Ginsburgh is not in the picture.
