Lt. Col. A. Robert Ginsburgh, Aide to the Under Secretary of War, delivers a stirring oration to the employees of General Electric Plant #2. This photo was made during a visit of Army Officers and enlisted men led by Lt. Col. Ginsburgh to the General Electric plant on May 18, 1942.
