Description

Lt. Col. A. Robert Ginsburgh, Aide to the Under Secretary of War, and a group of Army officers and enlisted men from Washington, D. C., and March Field, visit Consolidated Aircraft Plants on March 24, 1942. This photo shows Col. Ginsburgh at the podium addressing Consolidated employees, with Army officers sitting behind him. A banner stating "Keep our wings above the enemy" is affixed to the speaker's podium.
