Lt. Col. A. Robert Ginsburgh, Aide to the Under Secretary of War, and a group of Army officers and enlisted men from Washington, D. C. and Fort Dix visit the Philco Radio Corporation on March 18, 1942. This photo shows a part of the large crowd of employees giving Col. Ginsburgh a tremendous ovation. Col.
