Phil M. Donnelly (left), Governor of Missouri, and Admiral William Leahy shake hands on the steps of the residence of Dr. Franc McCluer, President of Westminster College, Fulton, Missouri. Both men accompanied President Truman and Winston Churchill on the trip to Westminster College where Truman and Churchill are to be awarded honorary degrees. (See also 65-3160.)
