Surrounded by the Secret Service, Britain's former Prime Minister, Winston Churchill (right), and President Harry S. Truman sit on the back seat of an open automobile in a parade from Jefferson City en route to Fulton, Missouri, where both will be presented honorary degrees from Westminster College. In the center seat are Phil M. Donnelly (left), Governor of the State of Missouri, and Admiral William Leahy. In the back seat is Dr. Franc McCluer, the president of Westminster College.
