Memorandum of Telephone Conversation
The Secretary telephoned Senator Kerr of Oklahoma to commend him on his recent speech and to thank him for the kind things he said.
The Senator said he had been very sincere in what he had said. He told the Secretary he had received excellent help in preparing the speech from Mr. Webb and Mr. Hardy of the Department and he was most appreciative of their fine cooperation.
