Description
A&E "TRUMAN VS MACARTHUR: CONFLICT OVER KOREA" Narrated and produced by David L. Wolper, this film explores the military reprimand of Billy Mitchell in WWI and General MacArthur in the Korean War and whether or not it was justified. It shows the strain between Truman and MacArthur; from the conference at Wake Island to MacArthur's blatant disregard for Presidential authority, which eventually had him removed from command. VHS tape.
