It shows family members William Wallace Daniel, Thomas Washington Daniel, Harrison Gates Daniel, Clifton Truman Daniel, Clifton Daniel, and Margaret Truman Daniel: outdoors; celebrating Thomas's birthday; playing dress-up; visiting Fire Island, New York; swimming; receiving hats as gifts; enjoying fall foliage; celebrating Christmas with grandmother Bess Truman; cutting an enormous Hershey's chocolate bar; flying model airplanes; doing a maypole dance; visiting a wildlife preserve; attending a play at Saint Maurice School; Beauvoir National Cathedral Elementary School; attending a Wine and Roses garden party at the Strother house, July 6; fixing a bicycle; swimming; sailing; seaplane departure; visiting the Ozone Club; hauling equipment and a drum set; riding bikes; departure via helicopter.
