0:00   Unidentified voice: “Scene 306, take 1” Harry S. Truman describes the Russian blockade of Berlin. He says the Russians didn’t care if people starved, they had no heart. Mr. Truman suggests that they are being paid back now because they have a large, powerful neighbor, China, next to them that has them worried. “. . . no sense of honor. I wouldn’t trust a Russian to cross the street.” This was probably used in preparation for MP80-2, “City Under Siege.”
