0:29 Sound begins with Mr. Truman speaking about Andrew Mellon "wringing the country out" and he knew how it felt to go broke. Off-screen voice says "Take 735, 1A." Clips goes silent again.
1:33 Mr. Truman's voice comes on, speaking about his friend Eddie Jacobson. Mr. Truman says "he can do buying and I do selling . . . there was never a finer man than Eddie Jacobson." This is followed by a silent clip. This was probably used in preparation for episode 6, "At War with the Experts."
