Description

Portions of four maps, taped together, that show the North Korean invasion of South Korea in late June 1950. Red markings throughout the map show the extent of the North Korean push, as well as the locations of North Korean units. The blue markings highlight the location and movement of South Korean units, including the 5th and Capital divisions. The dashed blue line signifies the possible main line of resistance. This map also includes boundaries, roads, railroads, walls, navigational lights, levees, and other details. Handwriting on the back reads: "Misc. Map, Pusan, Korea, Drawer 5."
