Description

An overlay map that details the landing of Clarence Stewart's 2nd Battalion of the 134th Infantry (35th Division) at the Adak Islands on August 30, 1942. The 53rd Infantry of the 7th Division is also noted on this map. A pencil note on the back reads: "Overlay to photo map, C.S. Adak landing-30 Aug 42, C.S." Donated by Clarence J. Stewart.
