AMENDMENT OF SECTION 1 OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 10046 (1) OF MARCH 24, 1949, AS AMENDED, TRANSFERRING CERTAIN LANDS FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR
ARIZONA AND NEW MEXICO
By virtue of the authority vested in me by section 32 of Title III of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act of July 22, 1937, 50 Stat. 522, 525 (7 U.S.C. 1011c), and as President of the United States, and upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of the Interior, it is ordered as follows:
Section 1 of Executive Order No. 10046 of March 24, 1949, as amended by Executive Order No. 10175 of October 25, 1950 (2), transferring jurisdiction over certain lands acquired or administered under Title III of the said Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act from the Department of Agriculture to the Department of the Interior for administration and exchange under the Taylor Grazing Act, 48 Stat. 1269, is hereby amended by adding the following-described lands to the lands described in that section, and by making the provisions of that section applicable to such lands:

The above-described lands, acquired and heretofore administered under Title III of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, aggregate 864.48 acres.

New Mexico Principal Meridian
T. 26 S., R. 22 W.,
Sec. 1, lots 4, 5, 6, SW ¼SE¼;

The above-described lands, acquired and heretofore administered under Title III of the Bankhead-Jones Farm Tenant Act, aggregate 680.02 acres.
The transfer of jurisdiction over the lands described herein shall be effective as of January 1, 1952.
