Dakota, before 70,000 people who had gathered for third annual "WNAX Midwest Farmer Day" as a means of honoring the Midwest Farmers for their increased production of food products and their contribution to war effort. Oeser is real dirt farmer, was selected by newspaper editors, county agents and civic organizations of the five states, Iowa, Minn., Nebr., North and South Dakota. Fleet Admiral William D. Leahy was principal speaker at ceremony and one of committee making final selection from 8500 nominees. This trip part of reward, and will be all of week of Jan. 14th)
