Sixty-Five of the 153 living veterans of Battery "D", 129th F.A., 35th Division, met at Hotel Jefferson, St. Louis, Missouri, for a reunion breakfast. At the dinner table, left to right, are: Fred L. Schmidt, Secretary of the Battery organization; Eugene P. Donnelly, Kansas City attorney who was a corporal, and President Harry S. Truman. President Truman in 35th Division Reunion parade in Kansas City

President Harry S.
