Former President Harry S. Truman (center, by microphone) pauses with his hat over his heart and military personnel salute during the playing of the national anthem. Mr. Truman was reviewing the troops of the 131st Light Bombardment Wing Missouri Air National Guard during their summer encampment at Casper, Wyoming.
